Tendra helps Indian businesses prepare government tender bids. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Your account: name and email from your Google sign-in (via Firebase Authentication).
Company profiles you enter (e.g. GSTIN, Udyam number, turnover, experience) and documents you upload, such as letterheads, stamps and signatures.
Tender PDFs you upload and the analyses, checklists and annexures we generate from them.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: analysing tenders, checking eligibility and generating your bid documents. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

AI processing

Some tender text is processed by third-party AI models (currently Google Gemini through Google Cloud Vertex AI). The provider processes it only to return the result to us. Your data is not used to train AI models.

Where it is stored

On Google Cloud in India (asia-south1, Mumbai). It is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Email us and we will delete your account and data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
